    Online Enrolment

Welcome to the Online Enrolment facility for ÎåÒ»³Ô¹Ï×îйÙÍø. You will be able to start the enrolment process once you have received an Enrolment Invitation email from the University.

    New students

Once your place is unconditionally confirmed, you will receive information about enrolling via email. This is usually in August. If you have results or other information pending, details will be sent within two weeks of your place being confirmed. This may differ for apprentices and students registered to take a short course.

    Returning students

If you are a returning student and are eligible to re-enrol, you will be sent information to your student e-mail account about how and when to do this. This is normally in August but may differ if you are returning to a postgraduate, research or short course.

If you need to complete reassessments you will not be permitted to re-enrol until you are eligible to proceed (which will be confirmed by the Exams Office). If you are in debt to the University, you will need to make arrangements to pay the Finance Office to be able to complete enrolment. If you believe you should be able to re-enrol but cannot, please contact Student Records.

    The enrolment process

The enrolment process is online and should take around 20 minutes. We will ask you to confirm that the information we currently hold about you is correct and make changes where necessary. You will need to confirm your course details and read and agree to the University's enrolment agreement and regulations. The key regulation document will be emailed as part of the enrolment invitation, and we recommend that you read this before starting the online process.

Before you start, you should have to hand:

    • your enrolment invitation email.
    • your current address and telephone details.
    • your term time address if you are going to be living off campus.
    • your car details (if you are bringing a car to campus).
    • details of who you will register as your emergency / trusted contact.
    • your Student Support Number (SSN) if you have Student Finance in place or details of your sponsor if  a company/business are paying for your tuition.
    • new students should also be aware that, as part of online enrolment, you must:
      1. upload a photograph for your student ID card.
      2. upload a Right to Study check (identity/residency) document.

Once you have completed the online process remember to keep your username and password safe as you will need these to access your ÎåÒ»³Ô¹Ï×îйÙÍø student e-mail account and digital services.
