    Key Finance and Payment Information

The Finance Office at ÎåÒ»³Ô¹Ï×îйÙÍø processes all payments relating to accommodation and tuition fees and is the first point of contact for students with any finance-based questions.

The information below gives a brief outline of the ways to pay and associated charges.

    Tuition fees

    Ways to pay

If you have applied for a Tuition Fee Loan from Student Finance, your fees will be paid directly to the University on your behalf. Once Student Finance has assessed your loan application you will receive a letter of entitlement which you will be asked to upload during the fees and course sections of the online enrolment process.

Undergraduates who are not in receipt of a Student Finance Tuition Fee Loan, your University Fees can be paid in full at the beginning of the year of study or in three termly instalments, by the deadlines given below. To request to pay termly, please access the payment gateway ÎåÒ»³Ô¹Ï×îйÙÍø website / Finance and select your fees to be paid by Recurring Card Payment (RCP) using a debit/credit card.

    • 14th October 2024 – 34% due
    • 20th January 2025 – 33% due
    • 6th May 2025 – 33% due

    Fee Liability

If, for whatever reason, you decide to leave your course of study at a mid-point during the academic year, a proportion of the University fees will still be chargeable. The following University fee liability points apply:

    • Up to and including 4 October 2024 – no liability
    • 5 October 2024 to 24 January 2025 – 25% liability
    • 25 January 2025 to 28 April 2025 – 50% liability
    • 29 April 2025 to 27 June 2025 (end of academic year) – 100% liability

If you have a Tuition Fee Loan we will adjust the loan amount to reflect the amount of fee chargeable at the withdrawal date. If fees are paid by another means the Finance Office will calculate what is owed (either by you or is required to be returned by the University) and inform you. You must ensure that you have taken the necessary steps to ensure that your leaving date is correctly recorded. The withdrawal procedure is detailed in the  and is available from Student Records studentrecords@harper-adams.ac.uk
