You will not have to pay any university fees before you begin university, or while you are studying if you take out a Tuition Fee Loan to cover these costs. Taking out a student Tuition Fee Loan means that fees are paid directly to the university on your behalf.

Students on full-time undergraduate courses who are classed as EU, EEA or Swiss nationals / International for the academic year 2024/25 will pay:
Students who defer entry will pay the tuition fees applicable to the academic year they begin studying with us.
In addition to the published university fees, students should also bear in mind that there may be additional costs which they need to consider as part of their course of study, including costs ordinarily expected as part of Higher Education study, such as stationery and core textbooks.

The cost of accommodation varies depending on the type of accommodation that is chosen, and currently ranges from £3,405 to £7,581 alongside a refundable £300 deposit. Payments for accommodation are split throughout the year to help students budget for their outgoings. If you have taken out a Tuition Fee Loan, your fees will be paid to the university directly on your behalf.
If you are not in receipt of a Student Finance Tuition Fee Loan, you must make your own arrangements to pay the University Fees. This could be in the form of financial sponsorship, where available and applicable. If you are not paying your fees directly yourself, you must provide the Finance Office with evidence of who is doing so.
For full-time Taught Postgraduate students and Undergraduates who are not in receipt of a Student Finance Tuition Fee Loan, your University Fees can be paid in full at the beginning of the year of study or in three termly instalments, by the deadlines given below. To request to pay termly, please access the Payment Gateway and select your fees to be paid by Recurring Card Payment (RCP).
